01 / A little attention goes a long way
From a fresh shine to a new sole, start with what your shoes need. Send photos or bring them in for a quote.
Full and half soles, protective soles, heels, toe plates and recrafting. Leather and rubber options include JR, Vibram and Dainite. Birkenstock soles and footbeds are also listed on the service menu.
Stitching, patching, zippers, elastic, Velcro, eyelets and hardware — ask what is possible for your pair.
Published starting prices: walking heels $35+, half soles $55+, house-leather full soles $145+. Material and condition affect the quote.
Hand cleaning for sneakers, suede and nubuck. Leather conditioning, scuff care, refurbishment, salt and water damage, dyeing and color restoration.
Published cleaning prices start at $40 for shoes and $55 for sneakers or suede. Send clear photos so the shop can assess the material and condition.
Stretching, insoles, protective soles, heel savers, non-slip rubber heels and water protection. Deep oil rub care is available for work, climbing and motorcycle boots.
Orthopedic adjustments require a medical professional’s prescription detailing the adjustment. Contact the shop for an estimate.
Cleaning, conditioning, stitching, straps, buckles and belt shortening. The shop also handles selected purses, briefcases, jackets and other leather items.
Cleaning bags starts at $65; larger items and restoration are quoted individually. Luggage repairs are not offered.
The shop publishes around 2–6 weeks for repairs and 6–10 weeks or longer for major color or leather restoration. Drop-off shines can have a separate queue. Adding a shine or refurbishment to a repair can take longer.

Employer-sponsored shines for your team, with visits arranged by appointment. Start with a minimum of ten pairs; ask about recurring service and repair pickup.
A mileage charge may apply more than ten miles outside Seattle.
